A Brief Interview with Samantha

I was born and raised in Lincoln, NE. I spent the first 23 years of my life there and then moved to Scottsbluff for nursing school.

I feel that I have always been drawn to people and wanting to help them be the best version of themselves. Since I have always been interested in the human body, nursing seemed like the right path for me.

My first job was atSubway making sandwiches and then while in college, I was a nanny. The healthcare jobs that I have had were being a CNA, Med-aide, RN and now a Nurse Practitioner.

I like that as a provider I can help people in all aspects of their life, helping them formulate a plan so they can live their days as healthy and happy as possible.

When I am not working, I love to spend time with my husband and our two children. We have a 8-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter. They keep us pretty busy. When I get a few moments to myself, I love to go on dates with my husband, can things, crochet, and use my Cricut to make crafts.

The one thing that would change about healthcare is the cost. I feel that everyone should be able to get the same access to amazing healthcare as the next person and not have to alter their treatment based on the cost.

Trust your gut, you are the expert on your body. If something just isn’t right, we can work together to get you back on track to being yourself!
